What can I customise? You have the freedom to tailor the text, including names, dates, and venue details . Some suites will allow you to select background colours and personalise specific illustrated elements. Most suites have a choice of envelope.

Can I include extra information like dress code or transport? Absolutely. Most suites offer matching "Details" cards that can include your RSVP website, ceremony timings, transport arrangements, dress code requirements and important contacts on the day.

What are the timelines? I aim to have orders with you within 3-6 weeks. When you place your order you will be asked to complete a form to collect all of the relevant information needed for your wedding stationery. I will email you if anything is missing or unclear.

You will receive a digital copy of your customised invitation suite within 5 working days via email for you to check and approve. Once you have approved the final proofs and are happy, your stationery will be sent to print and delivered to the address given in your form. Printing can take 5-10 days, so please contact me if you have an urgent deadline as I will always do my best to speed things up where possible!

I will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed, printed and posted as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, these timings may change due to circumstances beyond my control, but I will keep you updated every step of the way.
